SAN ANTONIO — An AMBER Alert was issued for six children who were believed to be in danger in Bexar County, officials said Saturday. Officials said their mother took them after Child Protective Services was granted temporary custody.

Bexar County Sheriff’s said the six children were found safe and their mother Jacklyn Davidson was taken into custody. The other suspect, Jaime Davidson turned himself in later, officials said.

On Nov. 30, officials say Jacklyn Davidson fled from CPS in the 900 block of Andean Emerald in west Bexar County. Officials said this happened after CPS was granted temporary custody.

Officials say both suspects had active warrants for interference with child custody.

Sarah Ellen Lord,  45, of  Newark,Ohio, passed away at the Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital on October 19, 2022

She was born in Beech Grove, Indianapolis on September 13, 1977. She graduated from North Decatur Jr-Sr High School.
She was semi-married to Ralph Chastain
She participated in sports and loved crocheting. She is a champion for Borderline Personality Disorder rights.

She is survived by the following relatives: Benjamin Lord, James Clive Lord II, Uncle Jeff Lord, and 3 children: Victoria, Ralph, and Zach

She was cremated at Leaf cremation.

I had a near-death experience when I was 20 years old. I saw either
satan or one of his demons. I was in a black tunnel. I said, Is this what happens when you die? I saw him(Looked like an ox) and a white background. I felt
nothing. No air. I wasn’t scared.
I didn’t see my hands. I didn’t see my face etc. It
was as real as you and me sitting here. He then grabbed me. I heard
“Jesus loves you”. I woke up gasping for air. I believe that I am here
on this earth for a purpose. I believe that I am here to make it
better.
Edit: This happened when I was sleeping. I woke up gasping for air. I
didn’t have enough oxygen.
I was just laying on the couch. I was not in the hospital

Last year, Amanda Wallace started a one-woman crusade against officials with Durham County’s Department of Social Services (DSS).

One would think that Wallace, given her rhetoric and tone, was waging battle against the Trump administration and its draconian zero-tolerance policy that separated children from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border.

But no, Wallace, a former investigator with child protective services (CPS) who worked at offices across the state, including in Lincoln, Buncombe, and Wake Counties, is protesting the policies of CPS, her employer for years.

Wallace worked as a CPS investigator in North Carolina for 10 years before starting Operation Stop CPS, a statewide grassroots campaign that works to hold child protective service agencies accountable while advocating on behalf of parents with children in the foster care system.

On February 14, 2018, Wallace started working as a CPS investigator in Wake County. In May 2021, she founded Operation Stop CPS after witnessing the unjustified separation of children from their parents. Shortly after, Wake officials placed her on administrative leave and she was terminated later that month.

Wallace says about 50 percent of referrals to CPS come from the public school system, where teachers report suspected abuse and neglect upon learning a child didn’t eat the night before or was spanked.
